Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief Grant Opportunity

Last month, Hurricane Sandy left a trail of devastation, damage and grief for people in communities throughout the eastern coast of the United States and the Caribbean.

The MDRT Foundation has designated a total of USD 100,000 in grant funding to support local charities that are assisting families and individuals affected by Hurricane Sandy. MDRT will match this amount bringing the total available for relief grant funding to USD 200,000.

MDRT members can apply for a grant of up to USD 10,000 for a charity providing Hurricane Sandy relief programs. All charities must meet the Foundation’s Worldwide Grant guidelines.

MDRT members who applied for an MDRT Foundation grant this year, or who received a grant last year, can also apply for a Hurricane Sandy disaster relief grant for a charity.

The MDRT Foundation is accepting donations to help fund Hurricane Sandy relief grants. These gifts will be designated to support organizations that are providing relief to Hurricane Sandy survivors.
