$25,000 supports convenient, safe and comfortable home-away-from-home for families of critically ill patients
Danville Regional Health Foundation: Danville, VA

$10,000 Grants
Volunteer: Steve Blake, CLU, ChFC
$10,000 supports volunteer expansion efforts which will provide in-service workshops and seminars for volunteer court-appointed special advocates
Children in Placement Connecticut: New Haven, CT

Volunteer: Don F. Downing
$10,000 supports a Loaves and Fish Program which provides rice-based meals for families in six rural southern Haiti communities
Haiti Episcopal Learning Programs: Kansas City, MO

$5,000 Grants

$5,000 supports the Education Outreach program which offers hands-on animal education experience to at-risk and sick children in the local schools and hospital
Nashville Zoo: Nashville, TN

$2,500 supports the rehabilitation of homes of low income, elderly, disabled, or at-risk families with children
Christmas in April — Aurora: Aurora, IL

$2,500 supports the Kid Café after-school meal program that provides nutritional meals to at-risk children
Harvest Hope Food Bank: Columbia, SC

$2,500 supports development of the Elmcrest Children's Center Higher Education Scholarship for post-high school learning opportunities
Elmcrest Childrens Center: Syracuse, NY

$2,500 supports the Clinic Without Walls program, which expands treatment opportunities and provides low-cost treatment for disadvantaged patients in the offices of Institute alumni

$2,500 supports collection of assistive communication equipment for brain injury patients in rehabilitation therapy
St. Charles Hospital: Port Jefferson, NY

$2,500 supports a full-day prostate cancer symposium of educational workshops, speakers and research updates for newly diagnosed men, prostate cancer survivors, family members, and health professionals
Massachusetts Prostate Cancer Coalition: Boston, MA

$2,500 supports the Youth United program, a youth-led, youth-funded initiative that brings students together to plan, fundraise and construct a home for a local family in need
