2004 Spring Phonathon a Success

The 2004 Spring Phonathon was held April 19 and 20 at the offices of American United Life Insurance Company in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Even though official totals are still being tallied, the results are estimated to be more than $400,000 in pledges with over $100,000 received during the course of the Phonathon! In addition to these gifts, American United Life Insurance Company matched the first $25,000 raised during the event.

Special thanks goes to Jerry D. Semler, CLU, and American United Life Insurance Company for hosting the 2004 Spring Phonathon. Both Semler and American United Life Insurance Company have been extremely generous to the MDRT Foundation throughout the years. In fact, the 2004 Spring Phonathon is the ninth time American United Life Insurance Company has hosted an MDRT Foundation Phonathon.

In addition, Semler became the newest member of the Excalibur Society during the Phonathon, in recognition of his lifetime
support in excess of $50,000 USD.

Of course, no Phonathon is complete without a team of energetic and enthusiastic volunteers. A very heartfelt thanks goes to the following MDRT members who volunteered for the Phonathon:
